Just like Daniela, who wanted to help out in the labelling department for a short time. Today, 11 years later, she is the eagle eye of our quality assurance department and checks a sensational 2,500 screws on average every day, not missing the slightest discrepancy or deviation.
Or Hermine, who has known our customers for 16 years and knows our products like the back of her hand. Together with her colleagues in the trade, she ensures that the right implants are available in the right place at the right time.
Speaking of the right implants, our plates, screws and instruments are programmed, adjusted and checked in our factory at so that they are as precise as our customers are used to when they leave our premises.

This is thanks to Stefan, our production manager, who knocked on his neighbor's door looking for an internship during his training as a voltage technician - incidentally, he successfully completed his internship almost 20 years ago. From the school bench to the factory bench - that's how you can describe the career of Michael and Christoph, our tinkering duo in our development and technology department at Hofer Medical Solutions. For over six years, the two former schoolmates have been sitting together in the office where, with a great deal of innovative spirit and flair new solutions for our customers or making good things even and further develop our products.
