Tasks
- Payment transactions (AT and INT)
- Checking and posting all receipts/invoices
- Processing of open item lists and dunning
- Processing statistical reports
- Communication with tax advisors, authorities, tax office
- Assistance with the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Preparation and collaboration in the preparation of the annual financial statements
- Compliance with the QM system in the area of finance
- Collaboration on funding projects
- Rolling liquidity planning
Profile
- Completed commercial training (e.g., HAS, HAK, or comparable qualification)
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, as well as practical experience in account reconciliation, dunning, and payment transactions
- Strong affinity for numbers and interest in digital processes and IT topics
- Confident use of ERP systems and excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Independent, structured, and precise approach to work with a high degree of reliability and a hands-on mentality
- Team-oriented, committed personality with analytical thinking, enjoyment of process optimization, and resilience even in intense phases
